Enjoy spectacular views of the Blue Pacific from the tastefully decorated 20th, 29th & 35th floor units. The 20th floor condo offers spectacular southern views of the golf course, Alawaii Canal, lush green Hawaiian mountains, and part of Diamond Head. From the 29th floor unit, the ocean can be seen stretching across the horizon high above the pitched copper steeple of St. Augustine Church. Queen's surf break, Canoe surf break, the beach and palm trees are visible. There are also eastern views of the mountains, golf course, and canal. It is at a northwest angle and benefits from refreshing trade winds blowing from the mountains and golf course to the east. The 35th floor condos have a panoramic ocean views of the Gold Coast and over St. Augustine Church. One faces west and all views are Blue Pacific views. The other offers whitewater views from the galley kitchen, bedroom, and living room; Queen's surf break, Canoe surf break, the beach and palm trees are visible. There are also eastern views of the mountains, golf course, and canal, and a peak a boo view of Diamond Head from the bedroom & kitchen; this corner unit faces a northwest angle and benefits from refreshing trade winds blowing from the mountains and golf course to the east. Both 35th floor units do not have the morning sun waking you up.

Our condos are large, comfortable, spotless and private. Breakfast on USABLE LANAI (balcony). Full kitchen including pots, pans, cutlery. All linens/towels provided. Coin laundry on every floor. Phone with free local calls. Alarm clock/radio. Cable TV. ONE FREE SECURED COVERED PARKING SPACE in the Waikiki Banyan parking structure. Installed for your convenience is a separate bathroom access from the living room and bedroom in the 29th floor unit. All the condos have free WIFI and are professionally decorated in a Hawaiian motif.
The Waikiki Banyan 2003 Tower II is a twentieth floor unit at the Waikiki Banyan, one block from Waikiki Beach, with spectacular views of the golf course, Alawaii Canal, mountains, and part of Diamond Head. This unit has a slightly larger floor plan and the bedroom features a king size bed.

Our Waikiki Banyan condos are owner occupied part of the year, but welcome vacationers who will take good care of them. The the walls are recently painted with lovely colors and had an interior designer has redone floors, cabinets, and wall decor. Each unit has a queen or king sized bed in the bedroom, a queen sized pull out sofa bed, and a futon bed for a child.

The Waikiki Banyan is a fun resort ONE BLOCK from the warm sands and blue water of the world's most famous beach. Soak up the sun, stroll on ocean board walk, swim in warm ocean, snorkel across from the Zoo in fish preserve (some of the best snorkeling in Hawaii), surf, or just relax on the Waikiki Banyan's comfortable lounge chairs on recreation deck near pool or in shade. Two blocks from shallow swimming area in ocean protected by sea wall. Go for long walks around Diamond Head to the lighthouse.

The huge recreation deck on the sixth floor of the Waikiki Banyan offers a large freshwater pool, jet spa, free tennis, sauna, gas barbecues, children's playground and take out/snack bar.

NOTE: We take Visa, Discover or Mastercard. We do not take American Express or Paypal. We'll rent 3 or four nights if they fit snugly between two longer term bookings. Cleaning fee for stays under 30 days is $130.89 and includes GET tax. Stays 30 days or longer pay a $175 cleaning fee + 4.7312% GET tax. Cancelled bookings will not receive a refund.
